MY #1 SMOOTHIE

I’ve had this smoothie almost every day for the past 5 months. I’m not sick of it yet.

Ready to change up your morning routine?

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Silk Almond Milk (Chocolate)
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Spoonful of Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use vanilla)
  • 1 Banana

Blend it all up and voila!

I swear by this smoothie! I literally drink it almost every morning. It’s from Jenn Pike’s “The Simplicity Project” Book. There are so many more yummy ones but this is my favourite. Try it and let me know what you think in the comments below.
