Hosted and Produced a ‘Behind The Scenes’ Series of NASHVILLE!
My best friend got married.
Two of my good friends got married, Two got engaged, and one of my best friends had a baby!
We bought a house!
Got my first tattoo with my best friend.
Went to Ottawa a few times.
Tried out a new hairstyle. First time I’ve had my hair this short since Grade 6.
Took some Photography courses and workshops.
Started an Interior Design Course.
Met Landon Austin (My Favourite Youtuber).
Interviewed Judith Hoag (From NASHVILLE) and got to hang out with her.
So what do we think?
2015 was good… but I’ve got a feeling 2016 is going to be even better. Even though I had a fantastic year, it hasn’t ended quite like I thought it would.
Many of you know what happened with CHCH News. The company went bankrupt and all of us were terminated. A few were hired back and I’m happy for those that were. The hard part is… moving forward. They may not be my coworkers anymore but I know they’ll be my friends for life.
This is what I think of 2016:
It’s time to rock my new hairstyle, conquer a new job and take on a new perspective.
My personal goals for next year?
- Write a book? (Not 100% about this one)
- Create an ‘About Me’ Video for Youtube
- Reach 1,000 subs on Youtube
- Start up my photography business
- Get my best body ever (We’ll see what I can do about this haha)
- Be in a commercial
- Instagram daily… or at least 4 x per week
- Make one Youtube video every week
I hope I can inspire you to write a list of your goals for 2016. What are you hoping to accomplish or to achieve? Tell someone. It makes you more accountable for your actions.

My goals are financial, home and personal.
Financial is to invest more aka TFSA.
Home is to renovate and decorate (too much window shopping, not enough doing)
Personal is to enjoy life more and come out to at least 5 new persons (make that 4 now, unless on line doesn’t count😜).

I really enjoyed the early morning show with you and Tim. You are missed Jaclyn. I have enjoyed your blogs, listening to you sing, your interior design ideas, etc. You are a very creative and talented young lady. Really sorry about CHCH. Hopefully it can stay viable but I don’t think so under the present format. Hoping someone with deep pockets will buy CHCH and bring you all back. When you are retired it is hard to make predict what will happen in the new year. But I hope to continue to make positive changes in with my home and family . And I will continue to follow you in all your new future accomplishments.
